Initial Problem - Dashboard looks like a christmas tree with lots of lights on.
Diagnosis & Recommendation - This vehicle was disgnosed by another shop and was brought to us so we could program the instrument cluster assembly. Ford, like many other manufacturers today, requires that you have specific hardware and software tools to program specific modules and components. We have the tools to perform these functions on any Acura, Ford, GM (Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, etc..), Honda, and Toyota.
Outcome - We followed the guided procedure to replace the instrument cluster and reprogram the PATS system.
